Parents Survey 2011

Dear Parents/Carers,

Whilst I am certain you would join me in recognising what a fantastic school Cookridge Primary is, I am very interested in your suggestions for things we can work together to improve. Please spend a few moments completing the following questionnaire to register your views and help shape our future. If you would like to meet with me to discuss any aspect further, please contact the school office and make an appointment. Thank you for taking the time to invest in your child’s future.
