You can find Cookridge five miles north-west from Leeds city centre.  Since the 1930s the area has been developed by local builders and is now largely a residential suburb. We are however extremely close to the countryside with the children being able to enjoy beautiful views across to Otley and .... from some of their classrooms. You can also still find the remains of a Roman road that existed between Cookridge and the village of Bramhope.
