There are 45 children in our class who all work and learn together in our large, purpose built, sunny room. We enjoy doing lots of different activities, working inside and outside most days – even when it is snowing!

There are lots of lovely things for us to work with in our classroom and outdoor area so we are always busy! To help us with our learning we go on lots of little visits and trips. We enjoy walks around the local area, visiting the fire station and local shops and having people coming in to talk to us. If you come to visit our classroom please ask us what we are learning about and what we are doing, we like to share our knowledge!

In reception we are very lucky because we have lots of staff who work with us;

Miss. Crossman and Mrs. Arnott work with us all week, Mrs. Cairns and Mrs McHugh share the week between them. Mrs Harrisson, Mrs. Yates, Mrs Green, Mrs Shakespeare, Mrs. Gathercole and  Ms.Cullen all form part of the teaching team at  different parts of the week.
