We'd like to introduce ourselves to you as a very friendly and hard working group of 26 Year 1 pupils. Some of us have older brothers and sisters at this school and some of us have only recently moved to the area.

We are lucky enough to have two teachers - Mrs Dawson and Mrs McHugh who are supported during the course of the week by Mrs Pearson, Mrs Hallatt and Mrs Brookes. All the staff who work with us are kind, caring and helpful which is probably why we enjoy school so much.

If you came to visit our classroom you would find it is a very busy place where we learn through first hand experience, investigation, role play and in collaboration with others. You might see us sat in a group working with an adult at a table or creating something on the carpet with our friends, either way you can be sure we will be trying our best and having fun.
